What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, phone number, country, the service you are interested in and your message. Our web host also records standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential engagement and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of your request to be contacted and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, in line with applicable data protection laws including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
Sharing
Your data is stored with our website hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf. We do not share it with anyone else unless required by law.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to client engagements are kept as long as needed for contractual, legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing info@aw-dataconsultancy.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This website uses a single session cookie to protect the enquiry form from abuse. It is deleted when you close your browser. Fonts and page components are loaded from Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which may receive your IP address when delivering them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
